MR. BOYANA JOHN RADASI
Chairman
As Chairman of Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys, Mr. Boyana John Radasi brings a wealth of expertise, bolstered by his academic achievements: Psychology Honors from the University of Fort Hare (1978), Labour Relations Diploma from UNISA (1983), Law degree from UNISA (2008), and Master's in International Trade and Commercial Law (with merits) from the University of Essex (UK).
His directorship experience exceeds 20 years, with notable board memberships in Realebua Management Investments (Pty) Ltd and Nitch Investment (Pty) Ltd. Since 2013, Mr. Radasi has led the board of GTL food Manufacturers and Distributors (Pty) Ltd, guiding our company's strategic growth.
MR. MAKAU WILLIAM SEKGATJA
Managing Director
As Managing Director and Co-founder, Mr. Makau William Sekgatja oversees Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys' daily operations. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda and a Higher Diploma Certificate in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg.
Mr. Sekgatja is a registered Debt Collector and Tax Practitioner with SARS and a SAIT member, having attended Pretoria's Practical Legal Training school. His career began at Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Attorney in 2009, progressing to Attorney from 2011 to 2014. Following a brief tenure at Morwaagae Attorneys, he founded Sekgatja Attorneys in 2014, which merged to become Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys under his guidance and leadership.
Dr GORDON LESLEY ROLLS
Paralegal / Compliance Officer
Dr. Gordon Lesley Rolls possesses extensive expertise in Corporate and Compliance, garnered from diverse sectors within both Public and Private domains. He boasts a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership and Governance, complemented by years of entrepreneurial and strategic corporate governance experience. Dr Rolls has been part of our team for more than 4 years.
Ms MOPHI SEBEGO
Candidate Attorney
Miss Sebego has obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria, with specialized focus areas including Banking and Financial Institutions Law, Medical Law, Information and Communications Technology Law, and Media Law. Subsequent to her LLB, she successfully completed Practical Legal Training (PLT) at the Illovo Paralegal College of Education in Rosebank. Miss Sebego is currently engaged in her articles of clerkship. Her areas of professional interest encompass corporate and commercial law, family law, and property law, reflecting her dedication to excellence in the legal field. MS Sebego join our team early 2024.
Ms GINAH ITUMELENG KGATLANE

Ms Ginah Itumeleng Kgatlane is a skilled Candidate Attorney at Sekgatja Attorneys. With a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa, she specializes in criminal, family, and commercial law. Miss Kgatlane's strengths lie in her ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions efficiently. Having joined the firm in early 2023, she continues to thrive under senior guidance.
MR. SIMPHIWE SABELO RADEBE
Candidate Attorney
Simphiwe Sabelo Radebe, CA, is a dedicated Candidate Attorney at Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated, holding an LLB degree from UNISA and poised to complete his board exams by 2025. Following PVT training at IPCE Law School in Rosebank in 2023, he gained valuable experience at POPCRU's legal department before joining Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated in February 2024. With a passion for business and a goal-oriented mindset, Simphiwe aims to excel in property law, specifically conveyancing, while inspiring others and driving positive change in his community.
Ms MMAKOSA MOTSHIDISI MAJA
Candidate Attorney
Miss Motshidisi Mmakosa Maja has assumed the position of Candidate Legal Practitioner within our organization in 2023, boasting an impressive educational record. This encompasses a Bachelor of Arts in Development and Management in Public Governance, Politics, and Law obtained at North West University, supplemented by Honours in Public Governance from the same university. Moreover, she secured her Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Witwatersrand and fulfilled her Practical Legal Training requirements at Illovo Paralegal College of Education in Rosebank.
Ms SAMANTHA LINDA MEMELA
Associate
Samantha Linda is an admitted attorney of the high court. She graduated with an LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Ms. Memela attended practical legal training where she was given a leadership role, and her firm received the certificate of excellence for the best firm. Ms Memela has since gained experience in civil and criminal litigation. She specializes in criminal matters ( bail application, immigration), family law matters, and divorce matters.
In 2017, she was employed at Ramasa and Jooste Attorneys, where she gained experience in criminal litigation. In 2018, she was employed by M.Memka Attorneys as a candidate attorney, and she excelled in criminal and civil matters. In 2022, she was employed at Machaba Attorneys and expanded her experience in litigation and contract law. In 2024, Ms Memela joined Radasi Sekgatja Attorneys as an associate and has since gained tremendous experience in litigation.
MR. THABISO S. MOLOTO
Team Support
Thabiso Samuel Moloto, studied Information Technology in Networks and Security, he further did a short course with UCT in Cyberlaw. He did his internship at LEDA (Limpopo Economical Development Agency) his got love for the community and likes to work with people, he is currently part of an NGO (Seshego Zone Five Community Development) in Limpopo that helps the community in several community projects as Director in Communication. He is busy pursuing his studies in LLB and takes care of messeger functions for the firm as well as caselines.
