Who are we ?
Radasi Sekgata Incorporated Attorneys is a full-service, independent, commercial legal firm offering legal solutions and advice to clients throughout South Africa. Our objective is to always provide a consistent and excellent quality of service across our entire service range. The firm has a significant client base, which can be services from our Johannesburg office. These are linked by integrated systems ensuring fast, efficient delivery of our expert advice.
We work on the principle of developing a close relationship with our clients and a thorough understanding of their business objectives.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to run the firm profitably, expose our firm to local and international markets. Our clients are the lifeblood of our firm and their interests are promoted and protected. The firm endeavors to promote harmonious relations with its clients and will be the vanguard of the rights enshrined in the bill of rights. We seek to build ongoing, healthy relationships with the private and public sectors.
The firm is broad in its clientele and services that we offer. We have clients in both the Civil Litigation, Corporate and Property, Administrative and Labour Law. Our firm has handled high profile cases that have been discussed on various news platforms and we also take it upon ourselves to undertake pro-bono matters.
The firm has been in existence for eight years and while we are proud of the milestones that we have reached, we look forward to a new day and performing our daily work so that we can surpass the victories of yesterday and reach higher heights. Our team currently consists of staff members who function on a full-time basis and we outsource more staff from time to time for certain services such as legal and accounting services, to name a few.
Our best form of advertising for the firm, we believe is our service and word of mouth, our success rate speaks for itself, our service delivery and customer care are always well received by our clients who send us letters of appreciation and are always willing to write recommendation letters for the firm.
Our years in practice have allowed us to build a brand name for ourselves and earn a good reputation for providing superior legal services. It has allowed us the opportunity to harness our business and leadership skills and to most importantly, ensure that the deserving, get the justice that they require.
