MR. BOYANA JOHN RADASI
Chairman
Mr. Radasi serves as the Chairman of Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys.our firm with the following qualifications: Honors in Psychology obtained from the University of Fort Hare in 1978, a Diploma in Labour Relations obtained from UNISA in 1983, a Bachelors of Law obtained from UNISA in 2008 and a Master's degree MLL in
International Trade and Commercial Law (with merits) obtained from University of Essex (UK).
He has over 20 years in the directorship position and serves as a board member for various companies including Realebua Management Investments (Pty) Ltd and Nitch Investment (Pty) Ltd to mention a few. Mr. Radasi is currently the Board Chairman of GTL food Manufacturers and Distributors (Pty) Ltd and has been a member of the board since 2013 and his wealth of experience and expertise in business, helps our company achieve it's mission and meet it's objectives.
MR. MAKAU WILLIAM SEKGATJA
Managing Director
Mr. Sekgatja is the standing Managing Director of Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys and sees to the efficient day to day functioning of the firm. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda and also obtained a Higher Diploma Certificate of Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. Mr. M W Sekgatja attended the school for Practical Legal Training in Pretoria.
In 2009 he was employed by Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Attorney from July 2009 wherein he gained a wealth of experience. Soon thereafter, he was employed as an Attorney from April 2011 until March 2014. Mr. Sekgatja then joined Morwaagae Attorneys for a brief spell before establishing his Law practice in 2014 which was known as Sekgatja Attorneys. Through his guidance and leadership the firm operated well until it merged to become what is now known today as, Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys.
ADVOCATE DESMOND MONWABISI NGCAWENI
In-house Advocate
Advocate Ngcaweni is an in-house Advocate of the High Court of South Africa at Radasi Sikgatja incorporated attorneys and attends to the firm's court matters. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Zululand. Advocate Ngcaweni attended school for Practical Legal Training at the University of Witwatersrand (Wits).
In the year of 2013 he was employed by Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate attorney on a two years contract from July 2013 to June 2015 where he gained court experience. Advocate Ngcaweni is also employed as an independent Contractor by the University of South Africa (UNISA) where he is an external marker for first years LLB students since the year 2015 to date.
In August 2015 he was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa where he received instructions from different attorneys until he joined the Radasi Sekgatja incorporated attorneys.
KRISTEN VAN WEREN
Candidate Attorney
During her time in high school Kristen found a love for Entrepreneurship and turned this into a hobby by joining the schools Debs and Squires program. Kristen matriculated in 2016 from Mondeor High School and in 2017 Kristen completed a higher certificate in legal studies at Varsity College. After discovering her love for law, Kristen enrolled and completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2021 at Varsity College.
Kristen Obtained her degree with 15 distinctions (Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law, Law of Contract, Law of Evidence, Law of Insolvency, Labour Law, Law of Property, Legal Ethics, Methods of Payment Law, Tax Law, Work Integrated Learning (1&2). In 2022 Kristen joined Radasi Sekgatja incorporated Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney, she is determined to commence her practical vocational training at the firm and is looking forward to learning more about Tax Law and litigation.
Ms CELUMUSA KUBEKA
Candidate Attorney
During her years in high she found interest in debating and qualified in colours whilst balancing her responsibilities of being elected as a custodian in matric. Celumusa Kubeka obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2020. Celumusa obtained her degree with 8 distinctions (Law of persons, Administrative law, Family Law, Law of Delict, Civil Procedure, Foundations of South African Law, Fundamental Law, Techniques in Trial and Litigation).
In the year 2021 she attended Practical Legal Training at the Johannesburg LEAD school whereby she was elected and held the position of firm manager. It was during this period that Radasi Sekgatja saw her potential and appointed her as a Candidate Attorney. She is determined to commence her practical vocational training at Radasi Sekgatja Attorneys in 2022 and looking forward to gaining experience in Civil law, Estate law, and litigation practice.
Ms MMASABATA MOFOKENG
Paralegal
Mmasabata worked as Legal Secretary at Mncube Attorneys in 2020 and it was during this period that Radasi Sekgatja saw potential and appointed her as a Paralegal. She provides legal administration support, monitoring deadlines, drafting correspondence/legal documents, case management and investigating facts for various cases.
MR. THABISO S. MOLOTO
Team Support
Thabiso Samuel Moloto, studied Information Technology in Networks and Security, he further did a short course with UCT in Cyberlaw. He did his internship at LEDA (Limpopo Economical Development Agency) his got love for the community and likes to work with people, he is currently part of an NGO (Seshego Zone Five Community Development) in Limpopo that helps the community in several community projects as Director in Communication. He is busy pursuing his studies in LLB and takes care of messeger functions for the firm as well as caselines.
